Do you work with brands that aren't on TikTok Shop yet?
Yes — launches are some of our favourite briefs. We handle shop setup, listings and compliance as part of the first phase, so you go live with foundations built for conversion.
What size of brand do you work with?
Most of our clients are DTC brands doing between £50k and £5m a month across all channels. What matters more than size is product-market fit for the feed — we'll tell you honestly on the first call if TikTok Shop isn't right for you yet.
Do you do one-off super lives, or only retainers?
Both. Record events work best on top of a daily trading engine, but we do take standalone super live productions for brands with an established shop and audience.
How quickly should we expect results?
The first 30 days are foundations: shop rebuild, creator seeding, content cadence. Meaningful GMV movement typically shows in weeks 6–10, and we map the expected curve with you before we start.
Who owns the creator relationships and content?
You do. Creator communities are built on your brand's shop and every asset we produce is yours — if we ever part ways, the engine stays with you.
